What do I do if I forget my PIN number for Voice Advantage or ATM?
You can call our Personal Banking Center at 706.769.3610 and they will provide assistance.

What do I do if I lose my Debit card?
To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call into Voice Advantage at 706.769.6612 and take menu option 8. You can also report your card lost or stolen through Net Advantage under the Options menu.

What do I do if I lose my checkbook or it is stolen?
Immediately call Oconee State Bank Personal Banking Center at (706)769-3610 to place stop payments on the stolen or lost checks. Then, contact any Oconee State Bank Customer Service Representative to discuss closing the account and opening a new one if the stop payment isn't sufficient.

What is overdraft protection and how do I get it?
Overdraft protection is a service that allows a transfer of funds from either a savings account or a line of credit to your checking account. In the event your checking account becomes overdrawn, the overdraft protection service will automatically transfer just enough money to cover the overdrawn amount in your checking account. My account has been opened for a long time. Can I add someone to it now?
Yes. The person you wish to add to the account must be present and have proper identification when you see any Oconee State Bank Customer Service Representative.

What is memo post?
A memo post is a transaction that has not yet posted, but is temporarily included in the current day's available balance until the nightly ledger update, at which time the transaction is processed and cleared for the next day.

How are Saturday banking transactions processed?
Transactions made on Saturdays are credited or debited on the following business day's nightly processing with the exception of cash transactions, which are memo posted.

What is the cut-off time for ATM transactions?
ATM deposits made before 4:00 PM EST receive same-day processing. ATM withdrawals made before 4:00 PM EST post the same day, but withdrawals made after 4:00 PM EST memo post.

After I withdraw money from an ATM, what is the "Available Balance" on the receipt?
The available balance reflects your current balance (the cash balance at the close of the previous business day), your courtesy limit, the current day's ATM transactions, transfers and point-of-sale transactions. The balance does not include items that have not cleared the account.

What are foreign ATM fees?
Oconee State Bank charges a foreign ATM fee whenever you use a non-Oconee State Bank ATM. This fee is separate from the charges imposed by the owner of the ATM used.

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, you should contact the human resources or payroll department. Typically, they ask you to provide Oconee State Bank's routing and transit number as well as your account number. All of these numbers can be found on your checking account checks.

How will I know if my check has been directly deposited?
Net Advantage customers can view deposits and withdrawals online. You can also call Voice Advantage at 706-769-6612 to check your deposit. In addition, you will receive a check stub from your employer notifying you of the deposit.

When my payday falls on a bank holiday, when does my check get deposited?
Your paycheck is deposited by midnight on the prior business day.

When do I have access to my funds that are direct deposited?
Funds are available the morning of a payday.

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?
Social Security Direct Deposit sign-up forms are available at any Oconee State Bank location. In addition, you can call the Social Security Office.

How can I transfer funds between accounts?
To transfer funds using a computer, use Oconee State Bank's Net Advantage which allows same-day posting for transfers requested by 6:00 PM EST. To transfer funds from a touch-tone phone, use the Voice Advantage telephone banking service, 706-769-6612, which allows same-day posting for transfers requested by 4:00 PM EST. You can also transfer funds between accounts at any Oconee State Bank branch or call the Personal Banking Center at 706.769.3610 for a telephone transfer.

If I get married or need to change my legal name for some reason, what do I do?
Bring a copy of your marriage certificate and another form of valid identification to your nearest Oconee State Bank branch to change the name on your accounts.

If I need to change my address on my statements, what do I do?
To change your current address for one or all accounts, see a Customer Service Representative at any Oconee State Bank branch to complete a Change of Address form.

How do I reorder checks?
Current Oconee State Bank customers can quickly reorder checks by clicking the Reorder Checks icon on the home page of our website or by calling 1-800-355-8123.

How do I obtain a copy of my statement?
Visit your nearest Oconee State Bank branch or call our Personal Banking Center at 706-769-3610.

Is E-Banking secure?
Yes, we have utilized the most trusted method of securing Internet transactions available.

What does real-time mean?
Real-time refers to the availability to view transactions and balances on accounts as intra-day activity occurs. For example, if you visit you local branch and make a deposit, when you return to your computer and log into Net Advantage the transaction you made at the local branch will be reflective in your balance, as well as appear in your account register as a pending transaction.

What if I forget my Login ID or password?
If you forget your Login ID or password, you can e-mail the Personal Banking Center via the secure Contact Us button on the www.oconeestatebank.com home page, or by calling 706-769-3610.

When is the E-Banking system available?
Oconee State Bank Net Advantage is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with the exception of standard maintenance times between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM EST.

What hours are the Personal Banking Center agents available?
The Oconee State Bank Personal Banking Center is available Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST and Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Do I still have to pay for stop payments if I place a stop payment via Net Advantage?
Yes, all applicable stop payment fees will apply.
