Lost or Stolen Credit Card
If your credit card has been lost or stolen, perform one of the following activities to deactivate your card:
To order a replacement VISA/Mastercard credit card, please contact a Customer Service Representative or Loan Operations by calling 706.769.6611.
Disputes or fraudulent activity for unauthorized transactions must also be completed with VISA/Mastercard Customer Service Representative by calling 1.800.423.7503.
